Kirsten Konst

Kirsten Konst (1974) joined BDO in 2025. She is a member of the Executive Board and serves as Chair of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As CEO, she is responsible for the development and execution of our shared growth strategy. Prior to joining BDO, Kirsten worked in financial services consulting and held various leadership positions at ABN AMRO and, from 2010 onwards, at Rabobank. She served as a member of Rabobank’s Executive Board for seven years before making the move to BDO.
